Payment and Shipping
You can pay with a variety of common payment methods. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna Sofort, Ideal, Bancontact and eps-transfer.
We deliver to all EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).
Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer deliveries outside the EU.
Within Austria we offer free delivery with GLS. The shipping costs for deliveries to Germany are 4,90 €. For all other countries (EU) the shipping costs are 7,90 €.
Depending on the country of delivery, your package will be delivered by DHL or GLS.
The products are shipped from Austria.
We take care of the shipping process personally and pack your products lovingly for you.
Your package will usually arrive within 2-4 business days after your order (depending on the delivery country).
Return and Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can of course return it within 14 days after you have received your order.
Please register your return in advance. Contact us by email at email@example.com and you will receive all further information on how to return your product.
After we have received and checked your return, you will be refunded the purchase price including shipping costs. The purchase price will be refunded to you using the same payment method you used to place the order.
Please note that we can only take back products if they are:
- in original packaging,
- with all labels,
- with prior notification and
- are returned within 14 days to the address given by us.
If you want an exchange, because you unfortunately got the wrong size for example, send the order back to us as described above and reorder your product.
If it is a complaint because your product was delivered damaged, just contact us directly by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care that you get your product as soon as possible, without further costs and in best quality.
We do our best to keep our quality standards always high, but we also know that mistakes can happen. If your order does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us directly.
All of our products have care labels - please always follow the care label instructions that you will find on the inside of your product.
